What are the steps required to convert a speedometer from Miles (Km) to Km (Miles)?

A)
Step 1, download, complete and fax an Instrument Cluster Tracking Form to Kelowna Instruments.
Step 2, we will contact your after receiving your tracking form and advise you on stock status and conversion costs.
Step 3, remove the instrument cluster from the vehicle.
Step 4, ship the instrument cluster, tracking form included, to our facility (via FedEx, Purolator, UPS, etc...)
Step 5, we perfrom the speedometer/odometer conversion and return ship the instrument cluster back to you.
Step 6, install the instrument cluster into the vehicle.

My vehicle is under manufacturer's warranty, How will the Speedometer/Odometer conversion affect my warranty?

A)
Each manufacturer has their own policy regarding speedometer/odometer conversions and warranty coverage. In most cases, your manufacturer will require the speedometer removal and installation to be performed by an affiliated dealership.

If I remove the instrument cluster from my vehicle and ship it out for conversion, when can I expect to receive the converted / replacement instrument cluster?

A)
Once received at our facility, we will process your instrument cluster and return ship the same day (some restrictions apply). Depending on the shipper you select (FedEx, Purolator, DHL, etc...) you can expect to receive your instrument cluster within as few as 3 days.
eg.
You remove and ship the instrument cluster to us on a Monday.
We receive, process, and return ship the cluster on Tuesday.
You receive the converted/replacement cluster on Wednesday.

A)
The costs for instrument cluster conversion varies depending on the Year/Make/Model of your vehicle. Shipping is not included. (all shipping costs are your responsibility)
