Q. What is a Conversion?
A. A Conversion refers to the replacement / recalibration of a vehicle component to Metric/Celcius or Miles/Fahrenheit. These components are most often the Speedometer/Odometer and HVAC Controls
 
Q. What if my vehicle component is not listed, or cannot be found, using Conversions - Search?
A. If your vehicle component is not listed in the Conversions - Search, please Contact Us and provide the year, make, model of your vehicle and a description of the component to convert.
One of our represenatives will contact you as soon as possible.
 
Q. Can I order a pre-exchange component for my vehicle, and return the core at a later date?
A. Currently, pre-exchage is only available on select components.
Locate your component using Conversions - Search for detailed information regarding your component and pre-exchange availability.
 
Q. What are the costs involed to convert my vehicle component?
A. The customer is responsible for all:
  • freight charges
  • costs for the conversion/replacement component
  • applicable sales taxes
 
Q. What shipping methods are available?
A. Our preffered shipping methods are:
Additional shipping arrangements may be accomodated on request.
 
Q. Can I start/drive/operate my vehicle while the instrument cluster is removed/missing?
A. We recommend that a vehicle's negative battery cabel is disconnected before the instrument cluster is removed, and remains disconnected until the converted/replacement instrument cluster is installed. Failure to do so may cause vehicle starting problems, warning light malfunctions, and other issues due to loss of vehicle computer communications.
